DMR PARTNERS was founded in 2018 by the sole proprietorship "Patrick de Montmollin, DMR, Legal Services & Translations" and Dr. iur. Olivier Riske.
DMR PARTNERS is organised as a simple company under Swiss law in accordance with Articles 530 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations and has its registered office in the Canton of Berne with domicile in the municipality of Villars-les-Moines (Münchenwiler).
"Patrick de Montmollin, Conseils et traductions juridiques" was founded in 2012 by Patrick de Montmollin in Neuenegg, Canton of Bern. Its name was first adapted in 2017 ("Patrick de Montmollin, Legal Services & Translations") on the occasion of its entry in the Commercial Register in the Canton of Fribourg, with registered office in Cousset (Commune Montagny) and company identification number CHE-163.153.845. In 2018, the sole proprietorship changed its name to "Patrick de Montmollin, DMR, Legal Services & Translations" on the occasion of its transfer of its registered office to Villars-les-Moines with entry in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Berne.
"Patrick de Montmollin, DMR, Legal Services & Translations", a sole proprietorship under Swiss law within the meaning of Articles 934 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations and 36 and following of the Federal Ordinance on the Commercial Register, provides domicile for the DMR PARTNERS sole proprietorship and assumes all the administrative, financial and organisational tasks and responsibilities of DMR PARTNERS.
As of January 2020, the sole proprietorship has translations in the other official Swiss languages as well as in English, so that the company is registered in its four working languages in the Commercial Register (French, German, Italian and English). In addition, the addresses of the company's secondary premises have also been entered in the Commercial Register (Cousset, commune of Montagny in the canton of Fribourg and Colombier, commune of Milvignes in the canton of Neuchâtel).
In March 2023, "Patrick de Montmollin, DMR, Legal Services & Translations" and DMR PARTNERS move to Neuchâtel.
